Donation Handover Project 3 | Q3 2025
Kai Kunicki · 11.10.2025Running for children in Cuba 🇨🇺A very special day for 𝟒𝟐.𝟏𝟗𝟓 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧.I had the honour of handing over a donation of EUR 2,128 to the Camaquito, Cuba.Camaquito is a non-profit organisation creating access to sports, education, culture and environmental programs for children, youth and families in Cuba. Maikel Amalie accepted the cheque as an ambassador for Camaquito. She is a famous Cuban actress with a big heart for children. For me, it is my first time in Cuba. I was so excited to travel. And, curious about the country, the people, the culture. I’m thrilled by the hospitality and exciting history of Cuba. Mostly I was impressed by the zest for life that can be felt in every street of Havana. The amount of EUR 2,128 was raised thanks to the many dedicated runners and generous donors - every kilometre and every donation made a difference.Thank you for your kilometres. Thank you for your donations. Thank you for being part of this journey.Love, Kai 💙run for children. run for change.More → -

Project 3 | Q3 2025
Kai Kunicki · 06.07.2025Running for children in Cuba 🇨🇺A new chapter begins for 𝟒𝟐.𝟏𝟗𝟓 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧.This quarter, we are supporting Camaquito, an organisation dedicated to helping children, youth and families in Cuba through sports, education, culture and environmental projects. Camaquito enables children to access sports and educational opportunities that would otherwise be out of reach.Sports and cultural activities can build confidence, community, and hope. Helping children and young people to move, play and develop their talents is very close to my heart. I learned about Camaquito through my brother, who is married to a Cuban. I have seen how much Cuba inspires joy and resilience despite all the challenges. In October, I will be travelling to Cuba for the first time to learn more about this beautiful country and its people.Join me this quarter as we run, cycle, swim and hike for children in Cuba to support sports and cultural programmes for children.💙 1 km = 1 €🔗 www.camaquito.orgrun for children. run for change.Love, KaiMore → -

Kai Kunicki · 02.07.2025Education in KenyaA very special day for 𝟒𝟐.𝟏𝟗𝟓 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧.I had the honor of handing over a donation of EUR 1,533 to the Mothers’ Mercy Home in Nairobi, Kenya.Together we raised this amount to support the children living here. This home not only provides shelter and food, but also access to education and medical care - and therefore the chance of a self-determined future.Meeting the children, seeing their smiles and feeling their curiosity and strength touched my heart deeply.Thank you for your kilometres. Thank you for your donations.
