In rural Uganda, many children walk over 10 kilometers to school each day. By the time they return home, it’s dark — and with no electricity, studying at night becomes impossible. This simple barrier keeps thousands of bright young minds trapped in cycles of poor performance and early school dropout.
Through this project, Resilient Villages Uganda (REVU) seeks to provide bicycles and solar study lights to vulnerable school children in Serere District. These simple tools will transform long, exhausting days into hopeful journeys of learning and success.
