DYKE* MARCH BERLIN 2026 Spendenaufruf

1993 wurde der Dyke* March in den USA geboren, offiziell fand er 2013 das erste Mal in Berlin statt. Seitdem demonstrieren wir jedes Jahr dank engagierter Organisator*innen am Vorabend des Christopher Street Day für lesbische* Sichtbarkeit, Selbstbestimmung und Solidarität.

Menschen der Dyke* Community möchten mit dem Dyke* March einen Raum der Sichtbarkeit und des Widerstands für alle Dykes* schaffen.

Unsere Sichtbarkeit ist Widerstand - und Widerstand braucht Ressourcen.

WIR SIND AUF DEINE HILFE ANGEWIESEN

Wir sind keine Institution, kein Verein, keine NGO und werden auch nicht durch solche unterstützt. Wir sind Dykes*, die diesen March selbst, unbezahlt und ganz ohne öffentliche Förderung organisieren. In der Tradition des Dyke*Marches wollen wir auch dieses Jahr wieder eine unkommerzielle Demo umsetzen und damit unabhängig bleiben. Wir wollen die historischen Kämpfe der Dyke* Community wertschätzend anerkennen und ihnen gedenken. Gleichzeitig wollen wir daran erinnern, dass so mancher Kampf in Hinblick auf Intersektionalität noch lange nicht gewonnen ist. Der Dyke* March ist daher ein Zeichen unserer Stärke und Solidarität sowie des Widerstands und der Forderung nach Gleichberechtigung. Damit stehen wir für eine lebendige, vielfältige und intersektionale Community, die sich gegen rechte, rassistische, queer- und trans*feindliche Gewalt wehrt.

Wir verstehen Dyke* als fluide Selbstbezeichnung für alle lesbische* sowie queere Frauen & trans*, inter*, nicht-binäre und agender Personen. Das Sternchen soll darüber hinaus alle weiteren Geschlechtsidentitäten und sexuellen Orientierungen einschließen, die sich abseits der Heteronormativität befinden. Black Dykes*, Indigenous Dykes* & Dykes* of Color wollen wir explizit benennen. Dyke* bedeutet für uns nicht nur eine Identität, sondern auch eine widerständige, kämpferische Haltung gegen patriarchale, cis-heteronormative und kapitalistische Strukturen.

Die eingehenden Spendengelder werden ausschließlich zur Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Dyke* Marches in Berlin verwendet. Eine Übersicht über die tatsächliche Mittelverwendung wird im Anschluss öffentlich zugänglich gemacht.

DYKE* MARCH 2026 – CALL FOR DONATIONS

The Dyke* March was born in the US in 1993 and first took place in Berlin officially in 2013. Since then, thanks to committed organizers, we have marched every year on the eve of Christopher Street Day to demand lesbian* visibility, self-determination and solidarity.

Members of the Dyke* community want to create a space of visibility and resistance for all Dykes* with this march.

Our visibility is resistance – and resistance needs resources.

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

We are not an institution, not an association, not an NGO – nor are we supported by any of them. We are Dykes* who are organizing this march ourselves, unpaid and without any public funding. In the tradition of the Dyke* marches, we want to set up a non-commercial demo again this year and thus remain independent. We do this because we want to honor and remember the historic struggles of the Dyke* community. At the same time, we want to highlight that many battles – especially in terms of intersectionality – are far from over.

The Dyke* March is therefore a symbol of our strength and solidarity, of our resistance and our call for equality. We stand for a living, diverse, and intersectional community that defends itself against right-wing, racist, queerphobic, and trans*phobic violence.

You will find a more detailed version of our values and demands in our call to action (on Instagram).

We understand Dyke* as a fluid self-description for all lesbian* and queer women, as well as trans*, inter*, non-binary, and agender people. The asterisk is meant to include all gender identities and sexual orientations that exist outside of heteronormativity. We explicitly name Black Dykes*, Indigenous Dykes*, and Dykes* of Color. For us, Dyke* is not only an identity but also a stance of resistance and struggle against patriarchal, cis-heteronormative, and capitalist structures.

All incoming donations will be used exclusively for the preparation and implementation of the Dyke* March in Berlin. A detailed account of how funds are used will be published afterwards and made publicly accessible.
