On the 29th April, we have lost Nasmo, a valued and loved member of our community for years.

He suffered from Duchenne muscle dystrophy, a rare progressive disease that caused him to be unable to properly move, eventually impacting vitals and leading to his death at the young age of 23.

While he couldn't take part in a life outside of his home, he has made dozens of friends online, many of them being part of our community, who tried their best to make his life a little bit better and make him smile.

And our efforts seem to have succeeded; Even though this unfair disease restricted him thoroughly, he has always been full of joy, kind-hearted and lovely to every one of us.

Words cannot describe the pain we feel. But even in these heavy times, we stick together and remember Nasmo as someone who would never give up. He has lived his life exactly how he wanted to, at least to the extent that his sickness allowed him to.

When we noticed that our messages did not get any response for days, we were utterly worried. Thanks to Nasmo's family, we were able to get certitude of the tragic truth...

Sadly, the costs for the funeral were not low, and Nasmo's family needs our help to cover them. We, his friends, would kindly ask anyone who was close to him, to support us in this last step of his journey...and stick together once more. Every bit is appreciated!

We will miss you Nasmo. Thanks for giving us so much, especially after what you've been going through.
