Hallo - wie schön, dass Du dich für unsere Kampagne interessierst. Wir sind Familie Tesch und haben vor 20 Jahren ein altes Schloss in Mecklenburg Vorpommern gekauft. Damals konnte man vor lauter Gestrüpp kaum das Grundstück betreten. Über die Jahre haben wir Haus und Hof wieder hergerichtet und viel Arbeit, Geld, Mut und Liebe investiert. Es ist uns eine Herzensangelegenheit, die Geschichte des Hauses und der Grafenfamilie von Schwerin zu bewahren und weiter zu erzählen.

Aus diesem Grund versuchen wir viele Details am Haus und auf dem Hof wieder so herzurichten, wie sie einst waren. Eine große und kostspielige Aufgabe, da es sich häufig um aufwendige Handarbeiten handelt. So auch das ursprüngliche Tor von 1880, das uns leider nicht erhalten blieb.

Unser derzeitiges Tor aus Maschendrahtzaun ist weder schön, noch sicher. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Du uns auf unserem Weg unterstützt. Hello - how nice that you are interested in our campaign. We are the Tesch family and bought an old castle in Mecklenburg Vorpommern 20 years ago. At that time, you could hardly walk on the property because of the brushwood. Over the years we have reconstructed the house and yard and invested a lot of work, money, courage and love. It is a matter of the heart for us to keep the history of the house and the count family von Schwerin and to tell it further. 

For this reason we are trying to restore many details of the house and the yard as they once were. This is a large and costly task, as it often involves complex craftsmanship. This includes the original gate from 1880, which unfortunately has not been preserved for us.

Our current gate made of wire mesh fence is neither beautiful, nor safe. We would be happy if you would support us on our way. With a donation you set a sign of appreciation and contribute to the preservation of history and Sophienhof Castle - a place full of peace, quality of life and joy.
