FURRY TAILS ist ein Dokumentarfilmprojekt und Phantasiefilm zugleich. Er existiert bereits, doch er braucht noch etwas Hilfe, um gesehen werden zu können :-)

FURRY TAILS wird von Menschen erzählen, die zu ihrer Kinderzeit oft das Gefühl hatten, nicht dazuzugehören. In einer Welt, die sich zunehmend polarisiert, suchen sie nach Identität, Gemeinschaft und Ausdruck.

Was auf den ersten Blick ungewöhnlich wirken mag, erzählt bei genauerem Hinsehen eine zutiefst menschliche Geschichte.

Dieser Film will nicht urteilen. Er will verstehen.

Und er möchte zuhören – in einer Zeit, in der viel gesprochen wird.

Die Dreharbeiten sind inzwischen abgeschlossen, doch um den Film professionell fertigstellen, und ihn unabhängig und frei von politischer Vereinnahmung oder einseitiger Interpretation veröffentlichen zu können, benötigen wir nun Unterstützung für die finale Postproduktion.

Unser Ziel ist es, einen Film zu schaffen, der Brücken baut und Menschen sichtbar macht, die oft missverstanden werden- ein Film der zu respektvollen und unideologisierten Gesprächen einlädt.

FURRY TAILS tells the stories of people who, during their childhoods, often felt as though they didn't belong. In a world that is becoming increasingly polarized, they are searching for identity, community, and self-expression.

What may seem unusual at first glance reveals itself, upon closer inspection, to be a deeply human story.

This film does not seek to judge. It seeks to understand.

And it seeks to listen—in an era where so much is being said.

Filming has now been completed; however, to professionally finish the film—and to release it independently, free from political co-option or one-sided interpretation—we now require support for the final post-production phase.

Our goal is to create a film that builds bridges and gives visibility to people who are often misunderstood—a film that invites respectful, non-ideological dialogue.
