Hello, my name is Maciej Osiński, and I am living with spinocerebellar ataxia (SCA)—a rare, progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects movement, speech, and coordination.

Because of this illness, I am no longer able to walk or function independently and rely on help for daily activities. Despite this, I am fighting to maintain dignity, comfort, and as much independence as possible.

I am raising funds to cover essential medical care, rehabilitation, and adaptive equipment that will help improve my quality of life and slow the progression of the disease.

*Funds will be used for:*

* A pressure-relief medical mattress

* Wheelchair ramp construction for safe home access

* An adjustable wheelchair for better mobility

* Ongoing treatment and rehabilitation

*Why your help matters*

Without proper equipment and therapy, my condition will worsen, leading to pain, immobility, and serious health risks. Your support directly helps me live more safely and with dignity.

*How to help*

* Donate or share this fundraiser

* Local supporters may also help with equipment or daily assistance

* My wife, Beata Osińska, can confirm my situation, and I can be visited in Drochtersen, Germany

Every contribution—no matter the size—makes a real difference.

Thank you for your kindness and support.
