Nadine is a single parent and has been struggling with severe health limitations for several years. After a COVID-19 vaccination and infection, she developed ME/CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). 

Since then, her condition has been steadily deteriorating:

 • she is bed-bound on many days,

 • Nadine suffers from extremely severe fatigue,

 • cognitive impairments, migraines,

 • as well as muscle and joint pain. In addition, she has been diagnosed with essential thrombocythemia – a malignant blood disorder.

Despite countless doctor's visits and therapy attempts, there is hardly any adequate medical care for ME/CFS patients in Germany. 

As a result, Nadine has already had to spend many thousands of euros privately on examinations, treatments, and supportive therapies. 

She would now like to undergo further important tests, including gut analyses and amino acid profiles. These could provide clues as to how she can support her immune system in a more targeted way and improve her health.

Unfortunately, health insurance does not cover these costs. 

Since Nadine has been on sick leave for a long time and it is uncertain if or when she will be able to work again, she am reaching my financial limits. 

 What Nadine needs support for:

 • Funding for the planned medical tests 

• Accompanying treatments and necessary medications/supplements 

• Support in everyday life so that she can be there for my child despite my severe illness 

Why I am starting this campaign for my friend:

I am launching this appeal because my friend finds it very difficult to take this public step herself. However, she is determined to do everything imaginable to stabilize her health – especially for her child, who so urgently needs their mom.

Every single donation, no matter the amount, directly helps her to finance the necessary medical examinations and to hold on to the all-important hope for recovery.
