We hope that some people can help us to feel the desire of having a child of our own. Short to us and our story: We are a couple for 11 years, live in Germany and have a big wish that is not so easy to realize. In Germany, unfortunately, it is not allowed to take a woman who gets a baby for us. Ever since I was 23 years old (Bruno), I have been the head of my family after my parents were unable to work due to illness and I was financially responsible for my parents. Since then, I have spent my savings on my parents, who haven’t made any money for several years. It took a long time for my parents to get their pension. Since my parents used to live on the street without me at that time, I built a home for my parents with my money and gave them money every month to have something to eat. Now 14 years have passed and luckily my parents can finally survive on their own financially, but now all my saved money is gone and our desire for a child moves far into the distance. We have already tried everything to adopt a child with the youth welfare office, but unfortunately because we are gay, we get repeatedly said that it is difficult and you just let us stand. We would also have liked to adopt a child and given a loving home, but the authorities are always so complicated and consider ourselves already no longer young, which is more difficult to come. After getting informed and seeing the agencies in Canada, where for us two men is possible to take a surrogate, we asked some agencies and of course got several answers with information and the cost of such a program. Unfortunately, we have found that this wouldn’t be possible for us to take this way with an amount of USD 80,000. That's why we tried to find a woman like that. We also found these, at least we thought so, but unfortunately everything should be different. We met several times with this woman and thought she was fine with us, at least she was nice and nice and made the appearance as if she wanted to help us. Unfortunately, this woman has cheated us and taken from us USD 15,000. She pretended that she was pregnant and faked all the medical records and a baby passport. For months she told us she was pregnant. She has even increased to keep this lie upright. After 9 months where supposedly the caesarean section should take place, she has ordered us in a hospital and let us wait there for 10 hours. She was there and said she gets examinations and has comforted us that we have to wait. After we waited 10 hours and she always found out why we still have to wait, my partner didn’t want to wait any longer and went to the delivery room and asked for this woman, there they told us that she was there, but again was gone and didn’t want to be examined. Then we turned on the police who found this woman after a few days. After this woman had to be examined, we have the sad certainty that this woman was never pregnant and has us 9 months to borrow money from us. We had everything at home for our baby, for us it was like the end of the world. Unfortunately, we can’t do anything about this woman and are going to lose USD 15,000, which we'll never get back. Now a whole year has passed and our wish we have been there for a very long time is still there. Have already talked to some agencies in Canada, as in Canada surrogate motherhood is also allowed for us as a gay couple, and have stayed with a nice agency where we feel good. Unfortunately, the cost of this program in Canada with this agency or others is about USD 80,000. Unfortunately, we had to realize that we don’t have this USD 80,000 and in the next few years we can’t manage to save on our own, we are quite normal earning people with a normal salary. Now we are already 37 and 36 years old and do not have so much time to wait until we have this money together by our own strength, we didn’t want to be too old for this child to have a lot of us. If we were younger, then we wouldn’t ask this way for financial support and would try to save this amount itself. We need about USD 70,000 for this request, the legal we create by our own efforts.
