Description

FORUM NAI BEYA HUNI KUĪ 2026

The Nai Beya Huni Kuī Forum is a unique gathering that brings together spiritual leaders, young apprentices, indigenous women, and non-indigenous allies to strengthen spirituality and protect traditional knowledge of the Huni Kuī people of the Acrean Amazon.

Mission

To strengthen spirituality and promote the protection of traditional knowledge and biodiversity of the Amazon.

Vision

To be a reference space for articulation and cooperation between indigenous peoples and society at large, promoting the appreciation and respect for ancestral culture and wisdom.

In FEB 5-10 2026 this event will take place at the Novo Futuro village in the indigounes terretory Humaitá, four days by boat from Tarauacá in the state of Acre/Brasil for the second time.

Together we want to continue this movement to find solutions for the crisis that we face today:

- climate chances

- illegal exploitation of the Amazon

- violence against indigounes rights and habitats

For organization of the event we need to gather donations for transport of elders from all 12 indigounes terretories, food and documentation.

Help us to support the Huni Kuin as the guardians of the forest and nature, wich concerns us all.

Only joy & much gratitude
