Hi everyone,

my name is Dana, I’m a German traveler currently in Sri Lanka and I’m in a really difficult situation right now.

Due to unexpected circumstances, I’ve run out of money and I’m unable to afford a flight back to Germany. My visa situation is already sorted, but I urgently need help to get home safely.

I’ve already tried to find solutions locally (embassy, work options, hostels), but so far I haven’t been able to secure a way out.

Right now, I’m trying to raise money for a one-way flight. Even small amounts would help a lot. If anyone has advice, contacts, or knows cheaper ways to leave Sri Lanka, I would also really appreciate it.

I can of course provide proof of my identity and situation if needed.
