Hello everyone, my name is Sara and I'm from Argentina. I'm currently in Germany in an extremely vulnerable situation, without documents and without a support network. I hope you are all well. I'm reaching out to you with great humility to ask for your support. I'm going through a difficult time because I need surgery here in Germany. I had an emergency colostomy at the hospital and I still need to wait for the reversal. It's an unexpected expense and I can't cover it on my own.
