Im Osten und Süden der Ukraine tobt ein barbarischer Krieg. Aber auch im Landesinneren bis hin zur westlichen Grenze terrorisiert Russland die Menschen in der Ukraine. Ukrainische Soldatinnen und Soldaten versuchen die Truppen der russischen Föderation unter einem hohen Blutzoll abzuwehren und zurückzudrängen. Feuerwehrleute, Polizistinnen und Polizisten sowie Angehörige des Rettungsdienstes versuchen hinter der Front ihre Mitbürger und Nachbarn vor den Auswirkungen der brutalen Raketen- und Artillerieangriffe zu schützen und Verletzte zu retten. Um eine Verletzung in Kampfhandlungen oder bei der Rettung anderer zu überleben, ist geeignetes Material und vor allem das sofortige, richtige Handeln absolut entscheidend. Dafür bedarf es einer fundierten Ausbildung.

Im Oblast Sumy im Osten der Ukraine werden regelmäßig Feuerwehrleute, Polizistinnen und Polizisten sowie Soldatinnen und Soldaten in mehrtägigen Kursen in Erster Hilfe bei Explosions- und Schussverletzungen ausgebildet. Diese Ausbildungskurse wurden von Freiwilligen und ukrainischen Hilfsorganisationen ins Leben gerufen und seit Kriegsbeginn unterstützt (https://www.facebook.com/tac.med.learning.ua)

Eine Gruppe von Unterstützerinnen und Unterstützern aus der Stadt Augsburg, die im vergangenen Jahr bereits sechs Mal zu den verschiedensten Orten in der Ukraine Hilfe gebracht hat, arbeitet eng mit einer dieser Organisationen zusammen (https://innovator-help.com/en/). Wir waren im Dezember vergangenen Jahres vor Ort und bereiten nun eine neue Unterstützungsfahrt vor. Ein erfolgreiche Ausbildung kann nur mit guten Lehrmitteln funktionieren. Das sind zum Beispiel Übungs- und Reanimationspuppen sowie Skillstrainer und Verbandsmaterial. Um diese Dinge haben uns unsere ukrainischen Freunde gebeten und diese Dinge werden wir besorgen und dem Ausbildungskurs zur Verfügung stellen. Ganz konkret möchten wir mehrere TrueClot Tourniquet Trainer (https://trueclot.com/products/tourniquet-application-trainer/ ein Trainer kostet etwa 900€) erwerben. Außerdem werden wir die Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer der Kurse direkt mit einem sogenannten „Individual First Aid Kid“ (IFAKs) unterstützen. Diese IFAKs umfassen alle Verbandsmaterialien und Instrumente, um im Fall einer lebensgefährlichen Verletzung dem Betroffenen das Leben zu retten. Für Soldatinnen und Soldaten aber auch für Feuerwehrleute und Angehörige der Polizei ein unverzichtbarer Ausrüstungsgegenstand. Ein IFAK wird in qualitativ guter Ausstattung etwa 100 € kosten. Jeder Teilnehmer und jede Teilnehmerin wird mit einem IFAK ausgestattet. Jede Woche absolvieren etwa 50 Menschen das mehrtägige Training.

IFAKs und die Lehrmaterialien sind teuer und unterliegen einem ständigen Verschleiß und Verbrauch. Deshalb bitten wir Sie um Unterstützung. Bitte spenden Sie! Training of Ukrainian firefighters, police officers and soldiers in tactical medicine and equipping them with an "Individual First Aid Kit".

A barbaric war is raging full-scale in Ukraine. Russia is heavily terrorising the civilian population of Ukraine, all the way to the western border. Ukrainian soldiers are proudly fighting to repel and push back troops of the Russian Federation, but it is at a very high cost. Behind the front lines, firefighters, police officers and members of the emergency services are day and night saving the lives of their fellow citizens from the effects of brutal missile and artillery attacks, rescuing and treating the injured. 

To survive in combat and rescue operations, firefighters, police officers and soldiers highly require appropriate quality materials and immediate professional actions. The fundamental training in conditions close to real combat operations with sound imitation is absolutely crucial. 

In Sumy oblast in the northern part of Ukraine, firefighters, police officers and soldiers are regularly trained for several days in first aid for blast and gunshot injuries. These training courses were initiated by volunteers and Ukrainian aid organisations, and have been supported since the beginning of the war. A group of supporters from the city of Augsburg, who have already brought aid to various places in Ukraine six times in the past year, work closely with one of these organisations “Innovator help” https://innovator-help.com/en/. We were in Sumy in December last year, and currently we're preparing a new support trip. Successful training can only work with good teaching tools and multiple days of training.

For example, training and resuscitation of manikins, as well as skills trainers and dressing materials, are essential. Our Ukrainian friends have suggested these are the things that will help them the most. Our goal is to provide them with the requested equipment. 

Our Ukrainian friends have asked us for these things, and we will get them and make them available for the training course. To speak precisely, we would like to purchase several TrueClot Tourniquet trainers (https://trueclot.com/products/tourniquet-application-trainer/ one trainer costs about 900€). 

In addition, we will directly support the participants of the courses with a so-called "Individual First Aid Kid" (IFAKs). These IFAKs include all dressing materials and instruments to save the casualty in case of a life-threatening injury. For soldiers, but also for firefighters and members of the police, these are indispensable items of equipment. Good quality IFAK costs about €100. Each participant will be equipped with an IFAK. Every week, about 50 people complete the multi-day training. Currently, we are aiming at 150 IFAKs which is in total €15.000.

IFAKs and teaching materials are expensive and undergo constant wear and tear and consumption. That is why we are asking for your support.

В Україні вирує варварська війна. Росія жорстоко тероризує громадянське населення України аж до західного кордону. Українські військові гордо борються, щоб відбити та відтіснити війська Російської Федерації, але це коштує дуже високої ціни. У тилу пожежники, поліцейські та співробітники екстрених служб вдень та вночі рятують життя своїх співгромадян від наслідків жорстоких ракетно-артилерійських обстрілів, рятуючи та надаючи допомогу постраждалим.

Щоб вижити в бойових та рятувальних операціях, пожежникам, поліцейським та військовослужбовцям вкрай потрібні відповідні якісні матеріали та негайні професійні дії. Їм абсолютно необхідна фундаментальна підготовка в умовах, наближених до реальних бойових дій та зі звуковою імітацією.

На півночі України, в Сумській області пожежних, поліцейських та солдатів регулярно навчають наданню першої допомоги під час вибухових та вогнепальних поранень. Ці навчальні курси були ініційовані волонтерами та українськими гуманітарними організаціями та підтримуються від початку війни. Наші українські друзі підказали, що їм потрібно насамперед – манекени для навичок реанімації, тренажери медичних навичок та перев'язувальні матеріали. Наша мета – забезпечити їх необхідним обладнанням.

Наші українські друзі попросили нас про ці речі, ми їх отримаємо та надамо для навчального курсу. Точніше, ми хотіли б придбати кілька тренажерів TrueClot Tourniquet (https://trueclot.com/products/tourniquet-application-trainer/ один тренажер коштує близько 900 €).

Крім того, ми хочемо безпосередньо забезпечити учасників курсів так званим «Індивідуальним набором першої допомоги» (IFAK). Ці IFAK включають усі перев'язувальні матеріали та інструменти для порятунку потерпілого у разі небезпечної для життя травми. Це незамінне екіпірування для солдатів, а також пожежників та співробітників поліції. IFAK гарної якості коштує близько 100 євро. Кожен учасник буде обладнаний IFAK. Щотижня навчання проходять близько 50 осіб. На даний момент ми прагнемо купити 150 IFAK, що становить 15 000 євро.
