Autark, CO²-Neutral, Frei, Friedlich und Selbstbestimmend zu leben.

Es ist für uns eine Herzensangelegenheit! Trotz der Bau-Behörtlichen Schwierigkeiten und Hürden die Tinyhouse Siedlungen in Deutschland bewältigen müssen und die Massen an Genehmigungen die man sich erkämpfen muss, werden wir nicht aufgeben diese Autarke Art des Lebens und Wohnens zu verwirklichen.

Wir sind der festen Überzeugung dass jeder Mensch das Recht haben sollte, so zu leben und zu wohnen wie er es möchte. Und dafür werden wir uns weiter engagieren.

Aus diesem Grund wollen wir in Gronau-Epe (Westfalen) mit euch, den ersten Tinyhouse Park Gronau-Epe gründen.

Dieser soll für etwa 12 Tiny Houses Platz bieten und einen Gemeinschaft-Platz (z.B. für kleine Märke, Gastspiele, Livemusik und vieles mehr bieten.

Wir hoffen das wir mit eurer Hilfe ein Bau-Grundstück erwerben können, um diesen Traum wahr werden zu lassen.

Sollte dieses Pilotprojekt erfolgreich umgesetzt werden, werden wir uns dafür einsetzen dass es in jedem Bundesland weitere Projekte dieser Art geben wird.

Wir? Das ist eine private Interessengemeinschaft und ich.

Aber trotz unserem Kampfeswillen und unserem Engagement, schaffen wir das nicht alleine. Dafür brauchen wir eure Hilfe und Unterstützung.

Denn, was wir alleine nicht schaffen, das schaffen wir dann zusammen!

Ablauf:

Phase 1: Suchen und finden von geeigneten Bauland.

Phase 2: Gespräche mit Bauamt, Stadtverwaltung und Gemeinde führen.

Phase 3: Finanzierung des Projekts (durch Crowdfunding, Spenden und Privat-Investoren).

Phase 4: Bauplanung und Baubeginn des Projekts.

Self-sufficient, CO²-neutral, free, peaceful and self-determined to live.

It is an affair of the heart for us! Despite the official construction difficulties and hurdles that tiny house settlements in Germany have to overcome and the masses of permits that one has to fight for, we will not give up on realizing this self-sufficient way of life and living.

We firmly believe that everyone should have the right to live and live as they want. And we will continue to work towards this.

For this reason we want to found the first Tinyhouse Park Gronau-Epe with you in Gronau-Epe (Westphalia).

This should offer space for about 12 tiny houses and a community area (e.g. for small markets, guest performances, live music and much more.
