Nun, bei dem Projekt geht es in erster Linie darum, ein Tinyhouse Park entstehen zu lassen und Tinyhouse Besitzer und Interessierten die Möglichkeit anzubieten mit ihrem Tinyhouse in diesem Tinyhouse Park ihre (neue) Heimat zu finden. Also ihren erst Wohnsitz tauglichen Platz für sich und ihr Tinyhouse. Sie sollen dort die Möglichkeit finden einen Platz für Ihr Tinyhouse (Langzeit) bewohnen zu können. Diese Plätze (Parzellen) wären natürlich so eingerichtet, also mit einer Abgrenzung, einem kleinen Garten, einen Weg, usw. dass sie nur noch Ihr Tinyhouse dort abstellen müssten und hätten direkt Ihr neues Zuhause. So würde ein aufgeräumtes, gepflegtes, einheitliches und dennoch individuelles und idyllisches Erscheinungsbild erreicht werden. Dieser Tinyhouse Park, würde die Kleinstadt bereichern und in einem guten Licht stellen. Auch aus ökologischer Sicht, ist dieses Projekt, mehr als empfehlungswert, da es Mensch und Natur wieder näher zusammen bringt. Die Lage bietet sich daher am Stadtrand (Randlage) an. Das Crowdfunding stellt ein wichtiger Baustein des Projekts dar. Ohne diese Art von (Anfangs-)Finanzierung würde es nicht funktionieren.
