Update from Lirquen

There are news to share. Thanks to the great support of all of you Marilú and Pancho were able to buy a pre manufactured house that only needs to be assembled. The construction has started after they put a new concrete base the other week. Melissa's brother Panchi, whose house also burnt with the wildfires was also enabled to start building a new house for him and his family with money you donated. Melissa and I will go to Lirquen next week to put in some work on sight. Once again we want to thank everyone for your support and compassion. We officially collected more than half of what we planned to. In the Biobio region a lot of things got arranged by the community. People are standing by each other and supporting one another. Things are moving in the right direction. Some families have already started putting up framework of their new homes. After the Chilean government released a supporting plan the last few days, Marilú and Pancho are in the process of planing their new house. Thanks to your support they have security to be able to pay the expenses of putting up a house and furnish it. Thank you all so much!!Please keep on sharing.
