Good news have come in our Discipline land-grabbing-case: Heart-felt thanks to all you donors far and near:
Last Monday a bench of the Hon´ble High Court Chennai has issued an injunction/Stay Order -means: Access to the land-grabbers on to the land they erroneously claim is denied! Sometimes they still come, I am recording it with date/location marker and it is proof of contempt of Court/trespassing-All that makes our case even stronger!
Acess denied to land grabbers for 4 weeks til the next hearing on 15 th of April at the High Court Chennai comes up.
Til then we have to make an effort to get the necessary funds of 2 500,- Euro together.
With this injunction the wind is blowing in our favor!
Deutsch: Es gibt gute Neuigkeiten in unserem Rechtsstreit um Landraub: Ein herzliches Dankeschön an alle Spenderinnen und Spender nah und fern:
Am vergangenen Montag hat eine Kammer des Ehrwürdigen Obersten Gerichtshofs von Chennai eine einstweilige Verfügung erlassen – das bedeutet: Den Landräubern wird der Zugang zu dem Land verwehrt, das sie fälschlicherweise für sich beanspruchen! Manchmal kommen sie trotzdem noch vorbei; ich halte dies mit Datums- und Ortsangaben fest, was als Beweis für Missachtung des Gerichts und Hausfriedensbruch dient – all das stärkt unsere Position in diesem Fall noch weiter!
Den Landräubern wird der Zugang für 4 Wochen verwehrt, bis die nächste Anhörung am 15. April vor dem Obersten Gerichtshof in Chennai stattfindet.
Bis dahin müssen wir uns bemühen, die notwendigen Mittel in Höhe von 2.500 Euro aufzubringen.
Mit dieser einstweiligen Verfügung weht der Wind zu unseren Gunsten!
