after finishing her 200 hour training and working as a assistant teacher right now, Deepika is going for her 300 hour training to complete her certification!!!!🐞🪷🧘‍♀️

In the last three weeks, Deepika found herself in the eye of a hurricane of so much knowledge, meditation, pranayam (breathwork), shatkarmas (cleansing rituals) and Yoga flows, including aerial yoga, that it is difficult to capture it in words. Whoever underwent a teacher‘s training in any of the birthplaces of yoga in India knows that it is a life changing experience.Her first milestone is about to be completed. Tomorrow in a ceremony dedicated to Durgha Mata she will be inaugurated and achieve her first certification (200h) of Yoga teacher. From there her next step will be to put into practice what she has been taught at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram in her personal day by day. Then she can go on, a step further. She has decided to go on on her yoguic path, teaching and practicing the vast wisdom of yoga. The next stepstone in a few months will be her second training- the 300 hours course so that she can teach every level of Patanjali‘s treasure. Deepika is deeply engaged in her journey. She learns from wise teachers like Bagyashree about history and philosophy of the yogic path and goes through that deep transformation everybody feels who decided to undergo this process. Getting up with the sunrise, starting the day with ashtanga, meditation and pranayam, eating satvic food, flowing through Vinyasa and learning how to teach… Every day being a long transformative day.

Deepika’s journey has already started. With the noney you’ve sent she paid the entrance fees and just jumped into her new life.The inaugurational ceremony was dedicated to Ganesha, the elephant headed gatekeeper. He is Shakti’s son made of her own hands, decapitated and restored with an elephant‘s head by Shiva.Thank you who have supported her until now. And thanks to all future donators.
