In the last three weeks, Deepika found herself in the eye of a hurricane of so much knowledge, meditation, pranayam (breathwork), shatkarmas (cleansing rituals) and Yoga flows, including aerial yoga, that it is difficult to capture it in words. Whoever underwent a teacher‘s training in any of the birthplaces of yoga in India knows that it is a life changing experience.
Her first milestone is about to be completed. Tomorrow in a ceremony dedicated to Durgha Mata she will be inaugurated and achieve her first certification (200h) of Yoga teacher. From there her next step will be to put into practice what she has been taught at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram in her personal day by day.
Then she can go on, a step further. She has decided to go on on her yoguic path, teaching and practicing the vast wisdom of yoga. The next stepstone in a few months will be her second training- the 300 hours course so that she can teach every level of Patanjali‘s treasure.
Thank you for your support and thank you for sharing the funding to your friends, so that Deepika can go on learning and teaching.
