When Courts Fall Silent: Public Awareness

Dear friends,

As my legal steps have so far received little response — with courts shifting jurisdiction back and forth — I have now begun reaching out to responsible journalists and editorial teams to bring our story into the public sphere. Not as a sensational headline, but as an honest story of choosing resilience and growth over caving in.

The press is the fourth pillar of a constitutional state.

Where courts and authorities remain silent, transparency and public attention become essential.

I am not taking this step lightly. I am doing so because I am convinced: public visibility can protect in situations of structural violence — and my son needs protection.

If you have contacts with journalists, media outlets, or organizations working in child protection, custody cases, or institutional violence, please feel free to connect us.

Thank you for walking this path with us.
