Gaining more courage
Felix Wissing · 15.02.2026Dear supporters,With your support, I have managed to file three urgent motions in two countries. Now it's time to keep our fingers crossed that the motions will bring about a positive outcome. xoxI am extremely grateful for your help, not only for the financial support... but especially for the constant encouragement I receive. Knowing that I am not completely alone in facing this mountain. Please continue to share my campaign, because if the one specific application goes through, I will need very special legal assistance, as legal representation is mandatory in that case. (As a legal layman, I was able to submit a lot of the paperwork myself, but unfortunately that is not possible there.)I will keep you up to date and wish you and your loved ones all the best!MaraMore → -

The new can only be better....
Felix Wissing · 31.12.2025Dear compassionates,After the emotional Christmas holidays, the New Year is just around the corner. Another holiday that my son and I will spend apart from each other.I just had a video call with him and tried to cheer him up.He misses me. And his cats. His life in general. And I feel strange telling him “everything will be alright...” without having anything concrete to back up that statement. All I know is that things cannot continue as they are now. And somehow, somewhere inside me, there is a spark of confidence THAT things really are moving forward, even if everything feels at a standstill right now.Stagnation in the campaign. Stagnation in the courts. Stagnation in the hearing. But I have laid the groundwork in three countries, so it's only a matter of time... and when the holidays are over, things will start moving again.“All it takes is one decision — a lot of guts — a little vision — to wave your worries and cares goodbye.”sing Muse.“Irgendwie fängt irgendwann irgendwo die Zukunft an... Liebe wird aus Mut gemacht...”sing Nena and Eißfeldt. And I am joining them, sinding these songs - and wish you and your loved ones a wonderful start to the New Year. May it be magical!Mara#helpJanoBeMore → -
What's it like? Xmas without...?
Felix Wissing · 23.12.2025Dear supporters,I feel torn between sadness and courage, anger and hope. And I have a great longing to spend “contemplative days surrounded by loved ones.” But I am lacking a “home” and, even more so, my family.I would prefer to ignore Christmas this year because my family has been torn apart. My child, our home, our cats, our friends—all hundreds of miles away from me—while I work day and night to get my child back. And yet, I find so many sparks of light and hope in the Here and Now that I can't help but continue to work on myself and the situation, to grow. And to "allow myself to feel joy” – even in these intense times.Enjoy your families, your homes. And when things get a little stressful or annoying in the family these days, please, pause and become aware of the treasures in your life. All the best to you!MaraMore → -
Wow… what a surprise this morning!
Felix Wissing · 15.12.2025Wow… what a surprise this morning! When you look to the German campaign: https://www.goodcrowd.org/aus-dem-zuhause-gerissen-hilf-jano-be-10-heimOvernight, the raised amount more than doubled.I was honestly left breathless — my heart racing with joy. Tears of relief and deep gratitude. From my heart, a huge thank you to every single one of you for your loving support. Your solidarity strengthens me on many levels — exactly when I need it.Jano Bé is slowly improving after being diagnosed with influenza. However, his father is still blocking any personal contact and continues to attach unlawful conditions to it. The latest idea is that we should only be allowed to meet under “specialized supervision” — and that I should pay for this personnel myself. There is no legal basis and no situational justification for such restrictive conditions. None of the involved courts has ordered any such measure — in fact, there is still no court-ordered contact arrangement at all.No parent has the right to impose conditions like this unilaterally. On the contrary: under EU law, national law, and human rights standards, the custodial parent has a clear duty to support and facilitate the child’s relationship with the other parent.I remain fully committed and will continue to pursue every lawful step. And I look forward to the moment when I can tell my son about all the kindness, strength, and solidarity that carried us through this time.Bless you all. With light and love, MaraMore → -
Wow - Thank you ... and weird train tickets...
Felix Wissing · 12.12.2025Dear beautiful souls,Your support means so much more to me than the financial help. It means finally feeling heard, seen, and understood.Yesterday was an emotionally intense day. Two of paths I had been pursuing turned out to be "not promising". It has become painfully clear: no matter how wrong a court’s assumptions may be, once a decision is issued, nobody looks at the substance anymore. It’s as if a train ticket was issued with the wrong details — and the father is traveling across Europe with it. And every conductor only checks, “Is there a ticket - or not?” No one stops to examine whether it is actually the right ticket for this specific journey. And still, I continue. I have more options open still! I follow the other tracks available to me — because this journey is not over. Not on the outside, and not on the inside.Thank you for being with me on these tracks, so I don’t have to travel them alone.MaraMore → -
190 Children Taken - Every Day - in Germany alone
Felix Wissing · 10.12.2025Dear all, more and more people have told me that our story sounds unbelievable. And honestly — if I weren’t living through this myself, I might wonder the same:“Can something like this really happen? In Germany? In the EU?”Yes — and unfortunately far too often.According to the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), 69,500 children were removed from their families in 2024 and placed in institutions or foster care. That is around 190 children every single day.One hundred ninety children PER day — in Germany alone. Our story is more complex because it spans several countries, but it is not an exception. It reflects a system that separates families quickly — and corrects mistakes far too slowly. You can read the official data here:https://www.destatis.de/DE/Presse/Pressemitteilungen/2025/07/PD25_273_225.htmlPlease continue spreading our story. As you can see, what is happening goes far beyond just our case.Visibility is power, and power creates change.More →
