I’d like to share a short update with you.
While I am deeply touched by the first donations — thank you from the bottom of my heart! — I am also very saddened today.
I received an email saying that Jano Bé is currently ill with the flu. And for the past three days, I have been asking for contact with him, especially personal contact. So far, there has been only silence in response.
This situation is surely very distressing for him, and for me as his mother it is almost unbearable. For ten years I cared for his physical and emotional wellbeing every single day. Now I am not even allowed to comfort or encourage him over the phone.
