Hello everyone,
I hope you are all doing very well. I am contacting you with a short update.
Thanks to your donations I was able to buy a sewing kit for sterilizations and we were able to sterilize 25 dogs successfully (1140 pesos approx. 48 euros). Maybe you remember Uvita? We rescued her from the street near the shelter. It turned out that Uvita has heartworm and we paid for her medication so that she can get completely healthy again and then be adopted (5100 pesos approx. 215 euros). We also found new puppies in the jungle. Five of them in total. Thank God they are all doing well and have grown bigger and stronger very well. Thanks to your donations I was able to buy 2 cans of Royal Canin Puppy Food (150 Pesos approx. 6 euros) and puppy food and milk at Animal House (300 Pesos approx. 13 euros). You absolutely have to check out the photos and videos on my Instagram account (@strassenhundemexiko), so adorable these cuties. If you don't have Instagram, feel free to write me and I'll send you the photos and videos in another way. Furthermore, I was able to buy two bags of the special food Exceed and a bag of dog bones (1383 pesos approx. 56 euros). At the moment we have a lot of dogs in the shelter that need this special food to gain weight or to recover from an illness or medication and with this food we can get them back on their feet much faster. We are also in the process of testing the dogs, I will write more about this soon in my next report!
Thanks a lot for all your help and stay healthy!
Best regards from Mexico, Sabrina
